You’re in luck with some stellar cuisine from restaurants, cafés, pubs, and takeaways right on the doorstep of Evening Star Cottages. In Pentlepoir itself, Saundersfoot, Kilgetty, Tenby, and other parts of the surrounding areas, Pembrokeshire is a destination for good food.

Here are some of our favourites.

Rib & Oyster – combining the best of surf and turf, this is a Kilgetty restaurant with a top-notch butcher and fishmonger counter inside the restaurant.
Stone Crab – a cosy and comfortable seafood restaurant with lovely attentive service and a relaxing location right on the harbour.
Harbwr Bar & Kitchen – views out to Saundersfoot harbour, fresh, seasonal seafood, tasty pub grub, and a relaxing atmosphere
Wiseman’s Bridge Inn – stunning views, a place to stop for a drink or lunch on a coastal walk, expect great service and pub fayre in this family-friendly inn by the bay.
The Dragon Palace – this one is right on our doorstep, just over the road from the cottages. An award-winning Chinese restaurant and takeaway with all the classic, and a warm welcome whether you sit in or collect. It’s a first night classic for many guests.
The Hunter’s Moon – rated one of the best pubs in Pembrokeshire, this relaxed dining experience offers big hearty pub cuisine.
Lokky’s – a great pan-Asian restaurant with a laid back attitude, specialist cocktails, and live music, a gem that can be found just down the road from our cottages.
The Royal Oak – a historic pub just seconds from the waterfront in Saundersfoot, expect local beers and fresh, seasonal food.
The Boar’s Head – modern Welsh pub food in a quaint village environment, a place to meet with friends.
